ZiNG's Refusal of Service and Exclusivity Policies
ZiNG™ reserves the right to refuse service.

ZiNG™ hereby reserves the right to refuse service to any person, business or entity.

Under no circumstances will ZiNG™ offer service(s) to any individual, group or business involved in the following industries or activities:

Alcohol;

Gambling or Casinos;

Illicit Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia;

Sport Hunting, Cruelty to Animals and Weapons;

Pornography, Adult or Mature Content;

Web properties that violate copyrights or trademarks, or are engaged in the sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of any authentic product or service;

Web properties that engage in altering user preferences, excessive pop-ups, pop-unders, exit windows, are for downloads or torrents, or those intented to deceive or manipulate search engines;

Web properties that promote unlawful activity or infringes upon the legal rights of others;

Web properties associated with obscenity, violence, racism or intolerance against any individual, group or organization;

or any other individual, group or business deemed offensive to management.

Exclusivity

Due to an Exclusivity Agreement, which began in February 2008, ZiNG™ (the "Company") and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates controlled by the Company, or any business combination involving the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates controlled by the Company, has been barred from soliciting, initiating, submitting proposals, representing or providing services, directly or indirectly, to any and all for-profit businesses related to the career, employment and recruitment industries, both in the United States of America and abroad, including bricks-and-mortar, online and those based in other media, such as newspapers.

The exclusivity period related to the aforementioned agreement began February 1, 2008 and expires December 31, 2010, unless terminated or renewed by the parties.
