Our parent company, Zing Media was formed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, U.S.A. in 2002 and became a domestic limited liability company (L.L.C.) under the laws of the State of New Mexico on February 17, 2004. Zing Media
is registered with the State of New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (license #2427011).
Zing Media L.L.C. has done, or does, business as: ZiNG, Creative Zing, Zing Advertising and Zing SEO Agency.
In order to differentiate itself from other entities and/or products named "Zing", in early 2006 the company began to operate as and advertise itself as "ZiNG" (upper case "Z", lower case "i", upper case "N", upper case "G"). Which to our knowledge and belief (and that of legal counsel) was not being utilized by another entity at that time.
